Well My Laptop is too old but using amd drivers on windows work on 1080p with 60fps
but on ubuntu/linux its different
it comes with a open source driver that it plays 480p with 15fps and in chrome://gpu are all hardware accelerated
official amd for ubuntu/linux are for ubuntu 14.04 and kernel 3.14
Ping me if found solution
(The laptop has a C-50 APU)

btw if you didnt read the title correctly i use ubuntu 20.04 and official drivers are for 14.04 and i cant use them

it's literally the limit of the CPU and its integrated graphics capability. there is nothing on the software end that will ever help "boost" anything.

why in windows it plays 720/1080 at 30/60fps

and on linux limited to 480
