ok. here is your first step. you need to right on that Realtek adapter, choose Uninstall. check Delete the driver software before pressing OK to

restart and wait until windows prompts to install driver, or install the driver again manually.

Ok I’m restarting right now but I’ve tried doing this before and it’s never gave me a prompt it automatically reinstalles
