#Laptop not starting

So this morning I turned on my laptop, and it seemed to be booting normal until the light thing at the bottom (to show that it has power) flashed 5 times and then the laptop shut off. Now it won't turn back on. What's happening?

the end of it has a little blue light to show that the charger has power
