fail code is 0x80000003, because i just wanted to go from windows 7 to 10.
I Updated everything, and its still doesn't work at all. has anyone options for me?..

Clean install, or get an old version of 10, upgrade to that via the ISO and from there upgrade to the newest version of 10
The upgrade path probably isn’t upheld anymore since it has been nearly 8 years since they killed 7 off in mainstream
At some point they changed the way activation worked / changed their system so keys got replaced, your key should work on 10 but if it doesn’t you should be able to contact ms support with proof of purchase and they’ll replace it for you free of charge
