so recently i have made clean install so i unroll my device from dev channel to go to beta after the reinstall i coudnt link my account in settings not in hub not every where i thought that was fine untill ... what the screen shot shows my settings is a total mess my keyboard is ig united kingdom and i made sure it shoud be US plus cant switch to different languages even tho i added another one the icon in tray bar for languages doesn't exist
I NEED HELP PLS!!!??? and yh the notification panel doesnt open by mouse or short cut see the search it shoudnt put semicolon between each sentence !

this was a problem immediately after a clean install? or it was fine for a while?

the clean install was yesterday

i made 2 updates

and turned it on today

it was all fine

just now i turn on and see this
