#Inability to update

Hello guys, recently I've been experiencing lots of lag and errors on my computer recently (its on windows 10) so I decided to try and update to windows 11, When its finished downloading and installing it restarts, there is a BSOD and then it goes back to windows 10, What should I do?

If you are having difficulties with crashes, you need to provide us with adequate information. The information that will help us diagnose the problem are as follows:

  1. Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and upload the newest .dmp file to the chat with your answers.
  2. Open Event Viewer go to Windows Logs > System > Save All Events As and upload the .evtx file to the chat with your answers.
  3. Open msinfo32, go to File > Export, then save and upload the .txt file to the chat with your answers.

From what I gather, the crash occurs when you attempt to update, so there should be no problems (note that there is a chance nonetheless). Though, this is not enough information to determine root causes.
