I got a personal school account with admin right
Same problem with the school admin account

when you say connect via wifi, do you mean your own wifi or school wifi?

you may wanna consult with your school IT admin, because it may have to do with the connection you're using i.e. the wifi has connection to the schools Active Directory servers, while the cable connection may not.

temp profile is created because windows cannot load the profile from the AD server

since these are org Microsoft accounts, check the connection to your 365 servers too

Yea, seems like problems loading from o365

I checked aduc and seems all fine

Could it be that some licenses are wrongly configured in o365?

to me, there is a misconfigured setting with your Ethernet connection

since your wifi is doing alright

proxy/vpn maybe?

Okay I found the problem.
When they made the accounts, 2 weeks ago, they copy/pasted an old user in ADUC, without changing everything.
The profile path was still on the previous one which they copied it from
