I'm trying to download a game addon through the Microsoft Store and it has been giving me this error code for the past week or so.

open task manager and a file explorer

#

then right cli9ck on file explroer and press restart process in task manager

after your scan is finished ( successfully ) check if updates were found

if not reboot and try to make this guide
