( bluetooth pairing error) check pin and try connecting again

1.first of all my Bluetooth icon was missing I fix it
2.then non of my Bluetooth service was active I started it
3.now I try to pair failed couldn't connect bc of a pin or some what
4.I try to fix it by using registry editor but there was nothing there to be fix
5.i also try set up wizard and troubleshoot but failed now I am stuck
