Download and launch EaseUS Partition Master on your computer.
Go to Disk Converter, select "Convert MBR to GPT" and click "Next" to continue.
Select the target MBR disk that you tend to convert to GPT, and click "Convert" to start the conversion.

i would try to boot from installation media and run the command from there

(without /allowFullOS)

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 you can create the media on an USB from windows 10 download page

oh, once you boot from it

#

select your language and keyboard settings but don't press install, press "repair this pc"

then in advanced options a command prompt option should appear

very late reply and sorry about that

you can't really move it

#

but you could create a new one

#

i did help someone with this exact same issue before

though we used installation media for the whole process
