I guess that was important as explorer died by clicking the account icon and then locking up the start menu and restarting explorer didn't work, restart via command didn't work stuck on restarting screen pressing power button makes laptop go to sleep. Then windows went into a limbo state where I can't use cmd to run shutdown and every other command I throw at it even help
