AGP liveries

I know there's agp cars with the option of making custom liveries, I know we can change the rb 13 and rb14 , so why can't we have the rb18 and rb20 variant of this, if this isn't possible can we have a more upto date version of an f1 car if not can there be either Formula E, or indycar

2 reasons: the first is likely ivt's licensing contracts forbade them from customising them. The 2nd reason likely has to do with the liveries being connected to the model itself (and not being a texture like on the rb13 and rb14)
