it doesn't need to focus on old cars but there seems to be a common trend of people making playlist ideas more for the cars they want added to the game than the idea of playlist itself, if that makes any sense. like they would type out a very exact and extensive list of cars a playlist should have but no real input on what that playlist should be beyond "focus on and add these cars pls"

yes, it may be partly as you mentioned, but I meant new tasks and a new list in a slightly different style than before, which would be completely new. The cars would be any that refer to the title of the playlist
and everything would be in Hawaii on the new island anyway
