This usually means the servers are down

#

Just restart the game

If you are on steam, please connect on Connect first. Should alleviate this issue.(So I am told)

On PS, Usually one of these 3 work. Reboot game, reboot console, reboot router.

If those fail try a LAN cable. I found on XBOX that solved a lot of issues. If not, try hotspotting your phone temporarily just to see if your connection/ISP/Firewall
