How do u make window tint darker through livery I see many cars with like pitch black or colours not sure how to

There is a black tinted window that you can use, but I guess you are not talking about it.
To make car windows look darker through liveries you can put some black primitive shapes on it and then reduce the opacity to about 25% or more so it looks darker i suggest you to make a group with the shapes so they all would have the same opacity.

Do note, I highly suggest against sharing liveries with prebuilt window tints into them. If you want window tints via liveries, put them on after you've shared the livery.
