The season pass immediately unlocks some vehicles (that can be purchased without the pass), plus three exclusive vehicles (Porsche 964 Turbo SR, Spitfire AB, Ice Marine Bladerunner PB) and some exclusive clothing items for your avatar. It also gives you a 20% discount on every bucks purchase in the game and access to a second house in Los Angeles that's completely useless.
The motorpass works like battlepasses in other games, you can complete missions to earn XP for the pass, which will then unlock various rewards. You can pay to unlock the premium motorpass and you'll keep the level you've already reached with the free pass
