im just askin cause im in a developing server and theres plenty of channels where you use javascript, python etc.
so i want to know which one SpaceEngine use or the people to mod the SpaceEngine and add their own things use

SpaceEngine has its own scripting language to add objects. The manual linked above has info on what you need to add objects in the program.
