Constant freezing and crashing upon lowering FOV

As the title suggests, every time i zoom in/lower my fov (on anything really, it doesnt matter which), around 0.00'05, my game just instantly freezes and then closes/crashes, i really dont know what could be causing it at all but updating drivers, closing other programs, and removing mods are not the issue as ive tried all of those. Whats weird is reinstalling actually does fix it, except it only fixes it for a few days/hours at most, and then the issue persists again where when i zoom in it just instantly crashes /: i also have not edited the config file at all but if anybody can help then please try

My gpu: rtx 4060 up to date on drivers
My pc: ryzen 7 7435hs with 16gb of ram running windows 11 (spaceengine is also on the latest update)

Guidelines and First Steps:

1. Please include your se.log file located at <Steamapps>/common/SpaceEngine/system/se.log.
   -# Beta users can find the log file @ %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Cosmographic\SpaceEngine\logs

2. Is your installation modded? Not all mod authors keep up with updates, and old or buggy mods can cause many issues, even those that may not seem related.
3. Are you on the latest version? Older versions of SpaceEngine are not supported. Check your Betas tab in Steam to make sure you are on the current version.
4. Have you updated your graphics drivers recently? We only test against up-to-date drivers. Old drivers can cause a plethora of issues.
5. Does your PC meet the system requirements? (Windows 10, Dual core Intel i3 3rd gen / AMD FX or better, 6 GB RAM, GeForce 1050 Ti or Radeon RX 460 (4 GB)).

1, ive attached it here

2, yes generally but ive tried it without mods and it doesnt fix it (and the mods i have are only small planet packs)

3, fully up to date

5, yes, it goes pretty far beyond them and i generally get very high fps on max graphics

i used to be able to zoom extremely far just fine, i even edited the config file (i reverted it and did numerous reinstalls since then) to allow me to zoom in even further without any lag or crashing
