Video recording issues with NVIDIA graphics drivers

Hey folks,

We're aware of an issue where the latest NVIDIA graphics driver (591.74) is causing functionality loss with the in-engine video capture. We are working on a fix to this ASAP. In the meantime, if you rely on this feature, you can:

-Refrain from updating your drivers if you haven't already
-Attempt to rollback to an earlier driver version
-Use the VP9 Codec if you have a beefy machine

Feel free to use this thread to discuss alternatives/workarounds or report similar issues as we work on a fix.

Just a FYI for people. The main change in the recent 591 Drivers are forced changes to Nvenc and removal of GeForce 10xx support.

Rolling back should be safe but its always good to check the release notes to ensure there are no unintended side effects.
