#h.264/h.265 encoder not working

GPU: RTX 4070 super latest drivers installed
on 0.991.49.2095
The V9 encoder works correctly however.
edit: CPU 3950x w 64gb of ram

If any more information is needed let me know. I'm not sure why its not working as i've tested using ffmpeg from winget and it is able to use the NVENC encoder fine, just not SpaceEngine
not sure why its failing though. I've tested it with every format/bitrate to see if those were the issue and unfortunately no luck....

  2. Is your installation modded? Not all mod authors keep up with updates, and old or buggy mods can cause many issues, even those that may not seem related.
  3. Are you on the latest version? Older versions of SpaceEngine are not supported. Check your Betas tab in Steam to make sure you are on the current version.
  4. Have you updated your graphics drivers recently? We only test against up-to-date drivers. Old drivers can cause a plethora of issues.
  5. Does your PC meet the system requirements? (Windows 10, Dual core Intel i3 3rd gen / AMD FX or better, 6 GB RAM, GeForce 1050 Ti or Radeon RX 460 (4 GB)).

Hey this is a issue with the latest Nvidia driver package. we are currently investigating workarounds/fixes and do not have one to provide at the moment. You can roll back to the prior driver if possible to restore functionality.
