#Moons fade/remove rocky planet rings

Description: when adding a moon to a rocky planet, the rings on said planet either fade drastically or disappear entirely.

Reproduction: you can reproduce this by adding a moon to a ringed rocky planet, and my friend has seen even a procedural object generated with rings in the settings but never had any due to it having a moon. make sure the main object is not orbiting a barycenter.

Expected Result: normally i would expect the game to have no issue rendering the rings for my friend and i when we add moons(also because added objects dont have to follow proper physics).

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
Version: 0.990 build 48.2040
Mods: none

Are the rings scripted or procedural? Large moons tend to make ring systems less stable, so if the rings are procedural then part of their generation may involve checking for stability. If you were to script the rings explicitly then I would expect the game to ignore stability rules
