Please @winter relic can you upload your se.log file? you can find it in your SpaceEngine system folder.

I see you had photo mode in manual exposure mode (M), are those lights still present if you use Auto mode or HDR mode (press V)?
To make sure that those lights are artifacts and not real objects that the manual exposure is showing because of other factors, can you take a full screenshot with all info on screen so that we can try and replicate the issue from the same place? you can take a screenshot with the GUI by using Ctrl+F11

I would also suggest to update your graphics drivers to the latest version.
