I was able to run SE with an i5-4210u and an Intel HD 4400 igpu which is way worse than ur specs so
The FPS were trash but it did run, though for 0.990 I could just run 0.990.39 and not newer versions... However, that's because my laptop was very old from like around 2014, so, since your laptop is way newer, it should be able to run any version of SE no problem other than low FPS

Maybe.. Space Engine is incredibly well optimised so I say go for it. And if it doesn’t run, you can always refund it.

Intel iGpu's are unsupported however in the betas section version 0.990.39/42 are kept around as they will run(not well) on very old Intel iGpu's.
