The item that sticks out is your graphics driver is over 3 years old and AMD has not released a update for your GPU in over 2 years. There are many issues /w AMD drivers that exist in the older drivers and these are outside of our control. I recommend updating to the latest version(it was released a year after your current ones) https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r7-series/amd-radeon-r7-200-series/amd-radeon-r7-240 but keep in mind there will likely still be many issues that can occur as AMD has only recently fixed portions of their drivers that caused issues /w space engine.

you should also use the workshop tool to make sure those mods are not loading as 2 look to change clouds.
If you got the mods from the workshop they are not stored in the addons folder they are in the steamapps content folder. That is why the configuration tool is useful. The most likely culprit however is your drivers. AMD drivers especially older ones are notoriously buggy.
