Not sure panic or habit in early I hit ww alot maybe keybinding issue

I’d check your talents, but you should never cast whirlwind as arms in any content currently which might explain a little bit

But other than that am lacking I think I cast it 4 times maybe but doesn't mean it should be that low of a dps

i tried to untrack the hidden quests to no avail didnt change anything i thought there were input delay

You're not casting Bladestorm with CS. Your first Bladestorm wasnt until 20s into the fight.
You're not consuming executioner's precision stacks in execute. You want to Mortal Strike when you have 2 stacks of it and MS is off CD.
You're casting clam in execute, as slayer you never cast slam sub 35%

Also not casting Mortal Strike on cooldown, there are gaps where you don't cast it for over 10s

Going back to your opener, its wrong. It should just be charge > Avatar + CS > Bladestorm

Bladestorm should also be used in execute with colossus smash

This is just by looking at the first boss, theres a lot of fundamental flaws that are causing you to do low dps

There is a proc that I always don't know what to do with it shows heroic strike flares up and ms and cleave but when I choose ms the hs proc gone and vice versa . When proc happen which one priority hs ms or sudded death for example

priority questions can be answered by looking at the WoWhead rotation guide 🙂
It can be helpful to roughly order your spells in the priority order, so that if you have multiple procs you can just cast the one highest in your list

for example, for Slayer Single Target (ie: when there's no adds alive):
Mortal Strike > Heroic Strike > Sudden Death

When there is Adds alive you're in Multitarget, so it becomes:
Cleave > Mortal Strike > Overpower.

  • An important note is that Heroic Strike isn't mentioned in this list. This is because if you have the talent Fervor of Battle your Cleave will automatically cast Slam if it hits 3+ targets at once and make it hit 50% harder. Heroic Strike is just Slam, so in Multitarget you only press Cleave and never press Heroic Strike directly.
