You're bursting correctly, the big thing i'd focus on would be trying to raise up the lowpoints throughout the fight. You can see them here (you're in blue). There are times were your'e doing 40kdps for 10 seconds, which quickly ruins your overall dps.

For example, if you look at 0:44 through 1:02 (roughly a 20 second window), it looks like your Sweeping Strikes was missing (you likely munched it on accident). This is a huge DPS loss, and explains why you were doing significantly less dps.

You can tell by how your Mortal Strike has 3 casts and 3 hits. This should be 3 casts and 6 hits if it was being swept properly

if we swap to Buffs, we can see that Sweeping Strikes was missing there

When it comes to the Broad Strokes talent, you want to let CS apply Sweeping Strikes naturally, then gap-fill with actual Sweeping Strikes any time it runs out. CS should then come back by the time the natty SS runs out.

For example, around 24 seconds you cast SS then cast CS just 2GCD's later, meaning you lost out on almost all of your natural Sweeping Strikes casts. If CS is about to be available, just wait for CS and gapfill with SS after it expires

all good! Many times during the fight you'll only be 2-target, so managing your CS/SS stacks helps dramatically increase your dps
