I feel like I do decent in m+ but when doing ST content my DPS is bad

I use slayer ST for raid and when I sim my character it says I should do like 87K DPS, but I legit struggle to even break 50K sometimes, I really have no idea what I am doing wrong. I am 273 Ilvl

I am also using my abilities off cooldown.

I'm really at a loss, I feel like I'm doing it right but it just doesnt work, any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

But even then getting a 33 on heroic with 273 is bad, prob a you are doing bad rotation or the fact that you are afk sometimes i.e. not hitting anything
