I dont have to really explain arms to u since its okay what you do - but there seems to be times where u dont press buttons or to slow - like missing some gcds - never good.
Another thing i highly recommend you using "Fierce Followthrough" Talent in Slayer Tree instead of "Opportunist"
I would recommend you not using 2 On Use Trinkets aswell - 1 is okayish but mostly u want to go with 2 passive ones - And you only used Puzzle 1 time in an 4 min fight.
I dont really know how to check in the log but - you need to get Crit from your Potion of Recklessness - in the Summary you had more Haste than Crit - so it would give you haste - Be sure it gives you Crit! If not use the Stat potion.
In Opener u should start with Bladestorm instant after Smash
