I know I am losing some dps and parses due to actually doing mechanics in these fights, but still feel like I am doing way worse than I should be.

Looked over it a bit it looks like you are pressing whirlwind quite alot even in single target should really only be pressing whirlwind every 4 globals in aoe, I also see that you arent pressing bloodbath enough during cooldowns should honestly be squeezing as many as you can in during CD windows. It also looks like you held wreck and blade storm around the 5:30 min mark so thats a whole another cd window you could have had, I can also see that you may be holding reck now its fine to hold it for a few seconds if another cd is coming up very soon but should try to just send it as soon as its up and the downtime but you already mentioned that you were aware of that to focus on mechs.

Yeah I know some of my down time is due to actually taking stuff out of raid and trying to soak etc
and I will work on the ww, sometimes its just old habits when moving lol
For BB, I try to focus as much as possible with it but usually OC rage when I do or getting too many procs of execute. When BB extra dmg proc happens do you think BB should go higher in prio than execute (outside of execute phase?

Yeah I would say BB would be higher prio than execute unless you are about to lose it even if you dont have the damage buff for it, you can usually send BB on cooldown and then have time to spend a execute proc and rampage before BB is off cooldown again. But you should be getting about 5 or 6 BB off inside of each reck
But I def think just fixing the WW will help a ton and minor min-maxing you could do be to keep rend up a bit more especially if you are going to have down time away from the boss so at least you have some damage going out while you cant hit it
