M+ log feedback, low overall?

Hi, I am trying to go from 16s to 17-18+ and seems like my damage is falling behind, although I have 2 deaths in each run, it is still a decent showing of what I’m dealing with, seems to be behind around 15-30k dps from the higher end of the people I end up running with, so I’m hoping to see if anyone can see from damage chart or anything if there’s any glaring issues?
