My single target damage is really lacking in thane, like 60k or under usually. I do fine in AoE pulls and seem like I blast pretty well with that rotation.
For some reason I can't seem to even get close to my simmed ST damage, and it shows on bosses.
I'm 272 ilvl, and here's my raider.io page so you can see build/damage etc.

I’m similar io and similar position exactly, I’m starting to think it’s normal lol, if you sim training dummies with the exact buffs you have it actually is extremely close to what I get on a training dummy, because it doesn’t account for all raid buffs and lust, but still I’m sitting around 50-70k usually depending on boss/uptime
