Somethime during the fight when the adds spawn out of the circle, this case at 54 sec, i cant get the agro if i taunt the add, any advise on what is going wrong?

When the adds spawn they fixate on whichever tank has the highest stacks of the boss debuff

^thats why its important you dont get taunted off early if u tank boss first

get to 10 stacks

then the other tank takes boss
