You don't need Disrupting Shout talented for raid. You still have aoe taunt without it.
Looking at your health on fights, you're not dipping low, so I don't think you need Battle-Scarred Veteran as a general talent pick. I would put the two points into Deep Wounds and Sudden Death or Bloodborne.
I think you could use Execute more. On Vorasius and Saladbar you used it only 5 times. Don't use Revenge when you have Execute available in single target. For Lightblinded Vanguard you can also consider picking Heavy handed for extra cleave.
On some fights you open with Shield Charge. Use charge and taunt to keep aggro, then use Shield Charge after you used Demoralizing Shout and Avatar so that it gets the buff of both.
You're always in defensive stance. If you're not tanking / taking low damage, go battle stance. 3% crit and 3% critical strike dmg bonus adds up over the course of an encounter.
Besides that, rotation looks good, shield block uptime is good, you don't waste much rage and use Wrecking Throw on absorbs, which is why you are already purple parsing. Defensively you use Shield wall more than you do Spell Reflect, you ought to use it more often. Note that you can reflect Final Verdict for good dmg on Lightblinded Vanguard.
