You lack some general awareness, like you send everything, including Spear, into a BoP'd target or overlap fear with trap
You're very allergic to going Dstance, and absolutely should when you're threatened
I'd consider finding a different method of targeting enemies, clicking their nameplates is bound to go wrong and takes up a lot of dead space in your GCDs
There's a priest casting mind control on your healer right next to you on round 5, and you lose the round because you don't walk up and kick it

Im focusing a lot on doing the damage a lot of the times I dont notice things happening or miss some stuff

now I just got ran over 2 rounds in a row I tried popping cds and running
and again I had just the worst damage

Idk it doesnt seem very fun at the moment its just a cluster of spells I dont know whats happening I dont have any effect
everyone has some sort of invulnerability to turn on but when I pop my defensive cooldowns I still die
I spear warlock's gate but he already jumped away I jump after him he slows me and im doing nothing the whole time

like for dmg issues just pay attention to what kargish said, honestly i sugest you to try fury, cause its easier to do dmg, and you can get used to mobility and surviving
arms is in a bad spot, and if you add that with warrior problems you just get frustated

Focus on everything else first. Your numbers will come once you fix the other glaring issues

I personally wouldn’t have used leap on the opener like that, you blew a charge right after. That’s two mobility down and the lock hasn’t even used his gate yet.
