Instead of a long diatribe about my issues is there a change i could get a PvP all star to just give me a 10 minute explanation of resource management and prioritization of abilities?
When to hit what and when.
I think I basically understand the utility. But I am not doing as much damage as I feel I should.
I know there are guides out there but I want to make sure I am getting current info with the recent changes.
