you aren't filling all your globals. your average number of revenge casts in p1 is maybe 2 (some pulls there are zero...) when if you click through top parsing wars it should be closer to 12. this has downstream rotational effects so it makes it tougher to diagnose other issues. only consider casting IP after you are sure you have enough rage to fill every gcd
BDK and war are always going to have some threat friction currently if they are played at a similar level. you are having threat problems mainly because your BDK is using his DB burst at like 15s in, while you still have the boss. you could try reversing the tanking order so he has it during his initial burst; you could also try asking him to delay his burst ~7s until after the smash
