Help me Improve please :(

Hi i have started playing fury warrior since a month and im slowly gearing. I have tried heroic plexus 3-4 times and yesterday i have recorded the combat log. Actually im unaware how to study. Problem is my dps is not going beyond 2m and i dont know why im the last in damage dealt in dps.

Posting my gear profile and combat log, please let me know where im doing mistake and how do i resolve it. I even wonder is my gear even looks okayish to do enough damage or its my rotation or talents thats screwing
up.

If you're new I'm gonna suggest something the elitists will probably scoff at: use the hekili addon. It will tell you what to cast next based on the rules that everyone uses. You'll get used to hitting the right buttons more often and if you're trying to really learn you can ween yourself off it. The single button rotation isn't quite right but maybe that will be fine to follow in Midnight while learning
