#Can someone help me understand this Raging Blow part of the rotation?

  1. Execute with 2+ stacks of Marked for Execution or 2 stacks of Sudden Death
  2. Raging Blow repeatedly after Bladestorm, to build up Slaughtering Strikes for a bigger Rampage
  3. Rampage with >115 rage, delaying to more efficiently benefit from Enrage
  4. Execute while the target is below 20% and any number of Marked for Execution stacks

I'm looking at this as a priority rotation and on #7 I'm confused.

Do I always build up to 5 stacks even if rage capped? Is this only when enraged? And if its just building stacks and dumping with rampage, I don't see why #9 would ever trigger because im always going to be spamming ranging blow into rampage?

imma start by saying im no 99 parce warrior but ive been looking into improving and this is what i gathered....

as far as #7 goes...its very rare that you will actually get to 5 stacks. usually its around 3. we have a talent called Brutal Finish that makes your next rampage after bladestorm finishes deals 50% more damage. Brutal finish only lasts 10 seconds after the bladestorm so we want to cram as many Raging Blows into that 10 seconds as we can so we can get a massive Rampag that deals an additional 110-130% damage

I also used to think we had to get up to 5 stacks of Ragingblows before hitting Rampage. I think its because every other class wants to get max stacks before doing a big spender spell but thats not how warrior plays. You are almost never getting 5 stacks since your rage would fall off before you got to the 5 stacks, and keeping rage up is like top priority. its just nice to have the a couple stacks of damage.
