i am a prot warrior, my stats are very well weighted, the issue I'm having is do I use hero track boots over veteran rank reshii boots (I am having trouble getting a better pair). The ilvl difference is 26 and the stat weight is almost exactly the same. Sims show 100k dps increase with higher ilvl, but I need some help deciphering the tank value, please help! 🙏
