And to give more detail, i generally follow the execute conditions weakaura. about a weak ago i figured out i wasnt raging blowing nearly enough. Now i seem to be doing it to much i just want some help on cleaning up that rotation

you click CDs before combat start (dont do that, only use them after combat start), you click thunderous roar in ST, its a filler below even bloodthirst. it's really bad.
your main loss of damage does definitely come from your downtime, you should try to minimize that
if you dont know how, i can give you tips on how to reduce downtime
