Your guildie hasn't even tried to look up how to play fury warrior. He's missing all the basics. He doesn't play around any key parts of warrior, his best bet would be to look up a beginners guide because he, quite frankly, is doing nothing very well
He isn't even using the proper health potion ..

he doesnt hard prioritize raging blow like hes supposed to
he doesn't have any proper opener, hes just winging it, poorly at that
he doesn't play around enrage, which is a flat 50% or higher dmg amp
he uses slam as his filler, we never press slam
he doesn't properly set up his aoe burst on the adds

he doesn't play around the proper sudden death conditions, we have a weakaura that would literally tell him when to click execute with all the logic and everything included
When i say his gameplay is a disaster then i do mean that
Hence my recommendation to send him a beginners guide
he knows what his buttons do but he doesnt know how to properly chain them together to optimize damage
