I did only the first 3 bosses of heroic and just quit the raid because im depressed at my damage, on the moth boss a 13 ilvls bigger tank did more damage than me. I have like bis trinkets and weapons, i have 70% mastery I think my rotation is ok, not that much stuff in wow analyzer that are bad, in my eyes i should be doing close to what the top is for my ilvl braket, but im pretty much doing half of it and dont know why, i would understand if Im like a milion off it, but to be half of it and do less damage than a tank was just hartbroken for me. Please help me improve and tell me what am I doing wrong, its just beyond me

in ur opener, Reck -> Avatar ->Charge ->Rampage -> Bladestorm, important to be enraged when ur bladstorming. Also dont Dragon's Roar unless u have nothing else to cast (RB, BT, Rampage, Execute, are all better to cast)
Also for Plex you could snag Wrecking Throw for the shield intermission

Major ; Uptime on first two (especially plexus) is brutally low. fury losing that much rage generation/expenditure due to downtime is a performance killer. Even if you get a mechanic (like a pool on plexus) you should be leaping out/charging back in to minimize downtime.
On loomithar you never swapped to a webcore add and still had a 94% uptime which really low for greeding boss damage, again goes back to making sure you are using the kit you have as a warrior to maximize uptime (leaping out of the mass expell ability and charging back in WITHOUT killing yourself lol)
Minor ; you have no gems in your jewlery, running crit belt power (maybe it sims the best for you? but i have my reservations when you have 8-9k crit already), Only have crafted weapon and are missing a crafted 720 piece of gear with ideally writhed armor banding since you have ascendance on your weapon.

Compare feature on WCL between people with the near same build/ilvls than you pulling good parses (imo they just hit more, your rotations seem pretty similar)

As for Soulbinder, its just hard to parse on unless you preplan cooldowns for adds since they take double damage when popped before their incubation is finished,Padder fight)

Prob best to not swap to the webcore add on loom, youll prob lose frenzy stacks and would have to rebuild the stacks on boss. Just getting cleave with Bladestorm should be good enough to help out on it
