I gave up, i've been staring at this for a good while now and all i did is anger myself to the point i'm willing to pay someone to look at this in depth to know EXACTLY why this random top logged player's Raging Blows deal more damage than my friend's.

I've set both time spans to be from 0:00 to 2:30, as both are about there with P1 of dimensius. I care to know why my friend crits more yet deals less damage with main hand cast than the player's identical main hand cast with less crits. I care to know why my friend's offhand casts deal SO much less damage than the player's with a superior weapon. And I care to know how the difference in the overall dps for the timespan is so major.

Stats are extremely similar and if you're thinking, ah he casted it more, so more dps, then using: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/a:GPMQYd2r64RDW3fV?fight=41&type=damage-done&source=1206&pins=0%24Separate%24%23244F4B%24damage%240%240.0.0.Any%24188458255.0.0.Warrior%24true%240.0.0.Any%24false%24-85288^0%24Separate%24%23909049%24auras-gained%240%240.0.0.Any%240.0.0.Any%24true%24188458255.0.0.Warrior%24false%24184362^0%24Separate%24%23a04D8A%24casts%240%240.0.0.Any%24188458255.0.0.Warrior%24true%240.0.0.Any%24false%2485288&start=7886675&end=8020962&ability=-85288&target=853 shows that even on same, or less casts, the player's damage is still humongously higher. 200k dps increase in a 2 minute window adds up a ton to the entire fight.

I appreciate any help and again.

Opener is wrong to start with. Always reck before ava then charge (in combat) so u can rampage at once.

Shouldn't take 5s to get enraged.

#

Since avatar generates 20 rage and reck doubles that, u wanna cast reck first. With charge also generating 20 rage (doubled by reck) you end up with 80 and can rampage directly after charge. Remember that u need to be in combat for charge to generate rage. By using the [combat] macro modifier you can create an opener macro. Like:
/cast [combat] recklessness
/cast [combat] avatar
/cast [combat] charge

#

You can also add a heroic throw when not in combat to guarantee the macro to work, put that first:
/cast [no combat] heroic throw

#

Using it throws a HT then pops cds and charges. Then u can rampage at once.

If you only care about the differences in RB these are the quick differences I can see.

Other guy:

61 total RBs over 2m30s.
31 were during Avatar.
20 were during the Vers Enchant proc (~31% uptime over the 2m30s period).
21 Opportunist buffs.

0 casts whilst not enraged

Friend

57 total RBs over 2m30s.
26 were during Avatar.
9 were during the Vers Enchant proc (~16% of the 2m30s period).
19 Opportunist buffs.

3 cast whilst not enraged

that's incredibly helpful, thank you!
very last question if possible: how did you get to this view? 👀 to see the spells one after the other instead of in a horizontal timeline?
