I'd start by saying you have a couple talents that have effects for multiple targets. Comparing our talents, I have x2 Crushing Force instead of Seismic Reverberation and Rumbling Earth. On the right side, I don't have Fresh Meat, I have Improved Bloodthirst, Focus in Chaos, Cold Steel, Hot Blood, and then at the bottom I have Unbridled Ferocity. These are my single target talents (I am not an expert by any means but there is an awesome fury warrior in my guild who leads our raids and he helps me out).
Second, what prompts you to use Execute? Whenever it's available, or do you wait for 3 stacks of marked for execution?
(i know there are fights with multiple enemies in this raid, but im just looking at sentinel for right now)

Execute i tend to press when it shines on my wa, i think it starts doing that with 2 stacks but i do forget to do it sometimes and out of habbit too soon when execute is available.
Ill look into those talent changes, i tend to just get talents from maxroll for raid or murloc for M+
