Heres a log of a 16 dawnbreaker. I want to see if I'm making any big mistakes. I believe I'm improving, but I want to know what else there is .
I'm still grey parsing healing 
but I am hitting ignore pain I swear.

Still wasting a little bit of rage
Probably a little bit too much revenge in my casts, could be ig but I am improving on hitting thunder blast
Could maybe block some more hits, although this is pretty baseline for what goes on
Theres like this little gap where I just didn't proc it for a while, maybe holding it thee was bad
Heres a filter for what I was using violent outburst on
It would appear I am using it far too much on shield slam as opposed to thunderblast
But also dawnbreaker is sorta like that, theres not many large pulls

You pretty much are giving yourself a solid review here. To note, though. Healing parses are pretty unimportant.
Your health wasnt dipping throughout the key.
Your EHRPS was in line with what is expected.
You're doing a good job at not getting hit in the back.
Your healing parse is low because you're playing well and not taking unnecessary damage

Make sure when you are checking blocked hits you hover the "Hits" column

Make sure you are Demo Shouting before you pop Roar and SC whenever possible. Should up your damage a good amount.

Also, try to weave a shield slam in between these TB casts when possible. I know theyre resets, but the time it take to reset is slightly longer than a GCD so you can weave something in between

Idk something I've noticed about tb is that it has a longer cast time than shield slam

TB doesnt have a longer cast time. What happens is you hit with TB but the reset is from the ionizing strike just after
So it takes a second to reset

the big thing that changed how that dungeon went for me
was that the guy with tainted slash
i statred making sure punish was on him
i was using it on the tact or w/e other mob
once i started being mindful of specifically him it was easier

Yeah, punish gets overlooked as a defensive benefit a lot since most people just care about damage. But its not a small amount of damage mitigation
