Your opener is quite wrong. The rest seems okay at first glance, though sometimes you are pressing Rampage immediately after Bladestorm which is something you shouldn't do.
On pull it should be Recklessness > Charge (+ Wrecking Throw) > Avatar > Rampage > Bladestorm > RB > RB (+1 RB depending on Enrage/Haste) > Rampage > RB > RB (+Execute if WA) > continue rotation.
For some reason you have
Avatar > Charge > Charge > RB > RB > Rampage > Recklessness > Bladestorm > Rampage
And are using POTION much after pull
