I learn everyday something new about doing damage as a fury warrior. But I am not sure, how i can get better, which mistakes I do and where to find them. I feel like a self thought guitar player, i dont see my mistakes and i am overwhelmed with the informations online.
Yesterday in Manaforge, we beat the first two bosses on heroic:

Friendly spider from the hood:

Lets start with these, because I learned yesterday that I should delay "Rampage" and not use it on cooldown. So all the other logs are not up to date. I will do some M+ today and will add them later.

You are wasting a lot of Rage by "delaying" Rampage. You should use it to keep Enrage up and spend Rage for Anger Management and get Recklessness and Bladestorm back quicker.

Overcapping on Rage during Bladestorm is normal, but your numbers are a bit excessive. You should always Rampage before Bladestorm so you have guaranteed Enrage for its entire duration. The Bloodthirst casts from Unhinged should extend it. The only time where prioritize Raging Blow over Rampage is when you can fit in 3 Raging Blows or are below 115 Rage, else just press Rampage to spend Rage and recoup Cooldowns.

It also looks like you are pressing Execute more than you should, since it is above Rampage in terms of damage. There is a WeakAura for it that tells you when to press it. It should be pinned in the guide or in the #dps-faq
