Hi i am lex and i went over your log :)

• first of all lets get the biggest problem out of the way first, your gear.
  you do not have a crafted mythic weapon so not only are you missing the highest possible single slot upgrade to your gear but ALSO you are missing out on the Embellishment that comes with it as well, speaking of Embellishments your wrists have the wrong one. So here is what you want! on your weapon you want: Ascension and on your wrists you want Writhing Armor Banding this will boost your dps by a lot but get that mythic weapon crafted ASAP. you have no delve belt for some reason that belt is about 1.2% dps inc on its own the starting quest can be picked up by the delve area if you speak to "Dagran Thaurissan" its a questline that takes about 20 min i was told (i never stopped the time ) so its an easy dps I will like a wowhead guide at the end of here for you to use as help! So i think just your gear alone should be about 3.5~4% dps inc.

• now lets start with the rotational stuff your opener, your opeenr is uber mega scuffed here is how you do a proper opener step by step!
  DpsPot(<1 sec left on pull timer) -> Reck -> Avatar -> Charge (this will provide you with enough rage to cast rampage and enrage you instantly -> BS (Bladestrom) -> spam RB (Raging blow) until one of the following conditions is true; either you run out of RB stacks (most likely) you run out of enrage (likely) or you reach 5 stacks of SS (Slaughtering strikes) (least likely) -> Rampage -> Normal rotation we DO NOT use Roar in the opener, more about that later.

• You are not making use of the BF (Brutal finish) and SS stack start remember in the opener spamming RB after BS? thats basically to get insane Rampage dmg after BS here is how it works, after BS we get a buff which is called Brutal finish (hero tree note) this makes it so that the next Rampage after BS does 50% inc dmg, we pair this with the effect of SS (20% inc rampage dmg for each stack max of 5 stacks) during this "phase" we ignore rage cap! BUT we do not lose Enrage as mentioned eelier you only spam RB until one of the earlier mentioned conditions is true; either no RB stacks, lost enrage, or 5 stacks of SS.

• +6 min fight close to 7 min is just not cutting it in week 5 this is rough not your mistake or your fault but just mentioning it.

• You are using Rampage too often, we want to rampage at +115 rage we do this to minmax the GCDs between each enrage i few weeks ago i did the math on why it matters to not rampage too early and max out the GCDs during enrage we only rampage at 80 if we dont have any more RB charges left or SD procs / Execute OR lost enrage thats the only reason why we rampage at 80 otherwise we want to minmax the GCDs during enrage before needing to press Rampage again but keep in mind we want to DELAY Rampage NOT waste it!

• You are using roar as i said earlier we only ever use Roar if we have nothing else BUT BT to use so not enough rage to cast rampage, no RB charges, no SD stacks thats when you use Roar, its like 1~2 a fight

I hope i could help you a little bit your uptime seams fine you are using exeute right you are not using BT so overall not that bad get your gear fixed work on your triggerfinger for Rampage and start using BF + SS stack ups.

hey thanks for the response

I am main spec tank for key pushing so my gear is not super fixable as I need to craft gear for that for trying to get resil 18s
I can maybe swap to vers lining if you think that would be better, simming it my current belt simmed higher than delve belt with haste but I should def check for critical chain.

I have 2 main questions for the rotation:

For AoE is it roughly the same with prio RB> rampage after BS and still mostly ignore DB?
If Im say 110 rage would you prio pressing RB even though it might overcap with auto swing rage gen?

thank you so much for the write up this helps a ton I tried reading the guide and really missed the whole fact that you should overcap for SS stacks with BF and am used to pwarr where you just slam DB

i am assuming with DB you mean roar? haha if so no in aoe it changes in aoe +4 targets roar becomes high prio again its just bad in ST. to answer your second question uhm i would prbly rampage bc i think rampaging at +110 is also fine but speaking APL and politicly correct using RB would be the right option but i tent to send at +110 as well just try to get as close to +115 as possible.

And yes i kind of thought you are playing tank a few days ago i had someone else had crafted wrists with wrong embellishment and he told me the same

thank you for the help yeah its tough with the tank gear situation, I think if I crafted a weapon with 2 sparks my M+ team would kill me
