Feel like my dps is SUUUPER low for my ilvl, i know i have way too much haste, trying to get more mastery. I'm always bottom of the dps charts and cant figure out why, feel like im tracking my bloodcraze and marked for execution well, any tips?

Your opener should be recklessness, avatar, then charge. That should give you the 80 rage to rampage then straight into BS (throw in a heroic throw during charge if you need to). This works because popping reck first increases the rage gain of avatar and charge. I also don't think pressing thunderous roar is worth the GCD against single target - could be wrong though. I save it for the 2 adds in the intermission.
The biggest thing that I can see r.e. output is that your enrage buff was active 64% of the time - you want this to be as close to 100% as possible. That loosely means that for a third of the fight you're missing out on a ~55% dmg buff, so if you're looking for easy gains I'd start here. I know there's lots of running at Sentinel - especially on Mythic, but the best warrs still parse with over 90% uptime.
I'm also trying to improve my parses at the moment so hopefully someone with more knowledge can pitch in, but my understanding is that you should be using Rampage primarily to maintain your enrage buff, and to prevent overcapping rage, so only cast it above 115 rage with the following exception:
Other than that, delay rampage until >115 rage where possible - it's something I'm still trying to work on. I use Luxthos' Weak Aura for my rage bar etc. so I've set a conditional filter on it to change colour above 115 rage, it seems to help prevent me from spamming rampage as soon as it lights up.
