Hi, my name is Militus.
I've noticed that i'm consistently underperforming in heroic raid, despite being very geared, but i'm not entirely sure why. I do poorly even on pure single-target bosses like Loom'ithar and Fractillus, where I have full uptime on the boss. Maybe i'm not managing the execute phase correctly?

youre getting orange parses here and your ranks are hidden, but anything else youre going to be able to extract is going to be high minmaxing
you send a few outbursts in ST on blast instead of shield slam, occaisonally you drop out of range of the boss
you dont have great rally usage
other than that your play seems fairly tight - it will be tough to improve without changing up your group strat
